Местные анестетики при регионарной анестезии практически не попадают в грудное молоко и безопасны для ребенка.

Дорогие мамы, если вам потребовалась регионарная анестезия (например, эпидуральная при родах или блокада при операциях), знайте: местные анестетики действуют локально и не оказывают клинически значимого влияния на ваше молоко или малыша. В отличие от общего наркоза, такие методы позволяют вам сразу после родов прижать кроху к себе («кожа к коже») и начать кормление. Иногда в состав добавляют фентанил, но в таких дозах он обычно не влияет на лактацию. Важно помнить, что качественное обезболивание после кесарева сечения даже помогает наладить выработку молока, так как снижает стресс организма. Главным фактором успеха вашего грудного вскармливания является не сам факт анестезии, а поддержка, которую вы получаете в первые дни после родов.

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
