Дорогая мама, если вам назначили ламотриджин, знайте: большинство экспертов и медицинских сообществ считают этот препарат подходящим для использования во время кормления грудью. Хотя лекарство проникает в грудное молоко, многочисленные исследования детей, чьи мамы принимали ламотриджин, не выявили никаких проблем с их физическим или неврологическим развитием в долгосрочной перспективе.

Важно помнить, что в первые недели после родов уровень препарата в организме мамы может измениться, поэтому рекомендуется обсудить с вашим врачом коррекцию дозы (обычно до возврата к дозе, которая была до беременности) и, при необходимости, проверить концентрацию лекарства в крови. В редких случаях в первые дни жизни малыша может наблюдаться повышенная сонливость или снижение мышечного тонуса. Мы рекомендуем просто внимательно наблюдать за тем, как ребенок ест и спит, и оставаться на связи с вашим педиатром. В большинстве случаев препарат хорошо переносится и не требует прекращения грудного вскармливания, особенно при дозах до 500 мг в сутки.

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
