Один из самых безопасных антидепрессантов для использования в период грудного вскармливания с минимальным проникновением в грудное молоко.

Дорогая мама, если врач назначил вам сертралин, знайте: это один из наиболее изученных и безопасных препаратов в своем классе для кормящих женщин. Исследования показывают, что лекарство проникает в грудное молоко в крайне малых, зачастую даже не обнаруживаемых количествах, поэтому риск влияния на развитие малыша минимален. В редких случаях препарат может временно снизить количество молока (в этом случае важно пить больше чистой воды) или вызвать избыточное выделение молока. Важно помнить, что ваше эмоциональное благополучие и лечение депрессии — это залог здоровья и гармоничных отношений с ребенком. Пожалуйста, принимайте препарат строго под контролем вашего лечащего врача.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
