Язвенный колит

Хроническое воспаление кишечника аутоиммунного характера. Заболевание совместимо с грудным вскармливанием, а большинство методов лечения безопасны для ребенка.

Дорогая мама, если вам поставили диагноз «язвенный колит» или другое воспалительное заболевание кишечника, важно знать: это не препятствие для кормления грудью. Ваше состояние связано с тем, что иммунная система ошибочно атакует клетки собственного кишечника. Хорошая новость заключается в том, что период лактации часто проходит без обострений и даже может оказывать защитный эффект в первый год после родов. Большинство препаратов, которые назначают для контроля заболевания, совместимы с ГВ. Если ваше состояние осложнено сильным недоеданием или перенесенными операциями, вам может потребоваться поддержка команды специалистов, но в большинстве случаев кормить грудью можно и даже рекомендуется.

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
