Стимулирующий алкалоид табака. Курение или использование никотина может влиять на количество молока и здоровье ребенка, но не является абсолютным противопоказанием к грудному вскармливанию.

Дорогая мама, мы понимаем, как непросто может быть справиться с привычкой курить, особенно в такой ответственный период. Никотин в умеренных количествах проникает в грудное молоко, а курение может немного снижать выработку молока и его питательную ценность. Однако важно знать: вред от отказа от грудного вскармливания в пользу смеси будет гораздо выше.

Самую большую опасность представляет не никотин в молоке, а пассивное курение (вдыхание дыма ребенком), что повышает риск респираторных инфекций, отитов и синдрома внезапной детской смерти. Если вы не можете полностью отказаться от курения прямо сейчас, постарайтесь делать это как можно реже, строго вне дома и подождите 2 часа после последней сигареты перед кормлением. Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
