Такролимус

Иммуносупрессор, который считается совместимым с грудным вскармливанием. Попадание препарата в грудное молоко ничтожно мало и не оказывает влияния на ребенка.

Дорогая мама, если вам назначили такролимус, знайте: современная медицина считает этот препарат безопасным при грудном вскармливании. Благодаря своим химическим свойствам (большой молекулярный вес и сильная связь с белками крови), лекарство практически не переходит в грудное молоко. Исследования более 200 детей, чьи мамы принимали этот препарат, не выявили никаких проблем с развитием или иммунитетом. Даже если небольшое количество вещества попадет в организм малыша, оно плохо усваивается из кишечника, особенно если ребенок получает грудное молоко. Важно отметить, что препарат может незначительно снизить уровень пролактина, но если лактация уже установлена, это никак не повлияет на количество молока. Продолжайте кормить малыша с уверенностью, так как польза грудного молока перевешивает любые гипотетические риски.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
