Стимулирующее вещество, используемое для борьбы с никотиновой зависимостью. Курение или прием никотина не являются абсолютным противопоказанием к грудному вскармливанию, но требуют осторожности.

Дорогая мама, если вы курите или используете никотинзаместительную терапию, важно знать: небольшое количество никотина попадает в грудное молоко. Однако основные риски для малыша (такие как респираторные инфекции, отиты и СРДС) связаны не с самим молоком, а с вдыханием табачного дыма (пассивным курением). Курение может немного снизить выработку молока, но польза от грудного вскармливания всё равно перевешивает риски. Если вы не можете полностью отказаться от курения прямо сейчас, старайтесь делать это вне дома и соблюдайте интервал в 2 часа между сигаретой и кормлением. Использование пластырей или жвачек с никотином считается более безопасной альтернативой сигаретам, так как они исключают воздействие токсичных продуктов горения. Помните, что кормление грудью само по себе помогает многим мамам легче бросить курить и снижает риск возврата к этой привычке.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
