Состояние повышенной функции щитовидной железы. Лечение совместимо с грудным вскармливанием и не требует прекращения лактации.

Дорогая мама, если вам поставили диагноз «гипертиреоз» (например, болезнь Грейвса) или вы столкнулись с послеродовым тиреоидитом, важно знать: это не повод отказываться от грудного вскармливания. Современная медицина и международные рекомендации подтверждают, что прием необходимых препаратов безопасен для вашего малыша. В большинстве случаев лекарства не требуют специального мониторинга функции щитовидной железы у ребенка — достаточно обычного наблюдения педиатра за его физическим и психомоторным развитием. Чтобы минимизировать попадание препарата в молоко, рекомендуется принимать лекарство сразу после кормления. Помните, что ваше здоровье и эмоциональное состояние очень важны для малыша, поэтому обязательно следуйте рекомендациям вашего эндокринолога.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
