Депрессия и большинство препаратов для её лечения совместимы с грудным вскармливанием. ГВ помогает маме восстановиться, а малышу — развиваться эмоционально и поведенчески.

Дорогая мама, важно знать, что послеродовая депрессия встречается часто (от 5% до 25% женщин в первый год после родов) и это не ваша вина. Пожалуйста, помните: ваше ментальное здоровье — это залог здоровья вашего малыша. Нелеченая депрессия может затруднить установление эмоциональной связи с ребенком и даже повлиять на количество молока. Хорошая новость заключается в том, что само грудное вскармливание снижает риск развития депрессии и тревожности, а большинство современных антидепрессантов безопасны при ГВ, так как проникают в молоко в ничтожно малых количествах. Первым шагом часто становится психотерапия, но если врач назначит медикаментозную поддержку, это не станет препятствием для кормления. Вы не одиноки, и просить о помощи — это проявление любви к себе и своему ребенку.

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
