Гестационный сахарный диабет

Состояние, характеризующееся повышенным уровнем сахара в крови во время беременности. Грудное вскармливание при ГСД не только безопасно, но и крайне полезно для здоровья мамы и ребенка.

Это справка о веществе, а не назначение. Она не заменяет консультацию врача: решение о приеме и о кормлении принимайте вместе с ним — покажите ему эту карточку.

Дорогая мама, если вам поставили диагноз ГСД или вы принимаете препараты для контроля сахара, знайте: это не является противопоказанием к кормлению грудью. Напротив, лактация помогает вашему организму быстрее восстановиться, улучшает чувствительность к инсулину и значительно снижает риск развития диабета 2 типа в будущем как для вас, так и для вашего малыша.

Важно знать несколько особенностей:

  • Молоко мамы с диабетом может содержать чуть больше глюкозы, но это не влияет на общую калорийность и абсолютно безопасно для ребенка.
  • В некоторых случаях при ГСД молоко может приходить чуть медленнее (задержка лактогенеза II). Чтобы помочь себе, старайтесь прикладывать малыша к груди как можно раньше и чаще. Если малыш временно разделен с вами, используйте молокоотсос или ручную экспрессию.
  • Во время кормления ваш организм расходует глюкозу на производство молока, поэтому потребность в инсулине или других препаратах может снизиться. Пожалуйста, внимательно следите за уровнем сахара, чтобы избежать гипогликемии (резкого падения сахара), особенно во время или сразу после кормления.

Помните, что вы не одиноки, и при правильной поддержке ваше путешествие в грудное вскармливание будет успешным!

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
