Растительное средство, часто используемое для стимуляции лактации. Считается совместимым с ГВ при умеренном потреблении, но требует осторожности.

Дорогая мама, пажитник часто рекомендуют как средство для увеличения количества молока (галактогог). Научные данные говорят о том, что он не токсичен и в умеренных дозах безопасен для малыша. Однако важно знать: некоторые компоненты пажитника могут менять вкус и запах грудного молока, придавая ему горький оттенок или специфический аромат (похожий на кленовый сироп), из-за чего некоторые детки могут начать отказываться от груди. Также высокие дозы могут вызвать снижение сахара в крови или расстройство пищеварения. Помните, что самым эффективным и проверенным способом увеличить количество молока является частое прикладывание малыша к груди по требованию и правильная техника кормления. Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
