Моноклональное антитело для лечения тяжелых аутоиммунных заболеваний. Считается совместимым с грудным вскармливанием из-за крайне низкой проникаемости в молоко.

Дорогая мама, если вам назначили инфликсимаб, знайте: этот препарат имеет очень большой размер молекулы, поэтому он практически не проникает в грудное молоко. Даже если ничтожно малое количество препарата попадет в молоко, оно почти полностью разрушается в кишечнике малыша и не всасывается в его кровь. Многочисленные исследования показывают, что дети, чьи мамы получали эту терапию, развиваются нормально и не имеют проблем с иммунитетом. Большинство профильных медицинских сообществ (ревматологов и гастроэнтерологов) считают этот препарат безопасным при грудном вскармливании. Единственный важный нюанс: обсудите с педиатром график вакцинации малыша «живыми» вакцинами, так как в некоторых случаях может потребоваться коррекция сроков.

Правило золотого часа
Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.
Достаточно пить
Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.
Наблюдение за ребенком
При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
