Иммуносупрессивный препарат, который считается совместимым с грудным вскармливанием, так как практически не проникает в грудное молоко.

Дорогая мама, если врач назначил вам азатиоприн, знайте: большинство медицинских сообществ и экспертов считают этот препарат безопасным при грудном вскармливании. Лекарство и его активные компоненты либо совсем не попадают в молоко, либо делают это в ничтожно малых количествах, которые не оказывают влияния на малыша. Исследования не выявили проблем с иммунитетом или инфекций у детей, чьи мамы принимали этот препарат. В редких случаях может наблюдаться легкое снижение уровня лейкоцитов у ребенка, поэтому врач может рекомендовать периодически сдавать общий анализ крови малышу для вашего спокойствия. Чтобы максимально снизить воздействие, рекомендуется прикладывать ребенка к груди через 4 часа после приема дозы препарата. Также имейте в виду, что в редких случаях препарат может вызвать избыточную выработку молока (галакторею).

Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
