Растительное средство, часто используемое для стимуляции лактации. Считается совместимым с ГВ при умеренном потреблении, но требует осторожности.

Дорогая мама, пажитник широко известен в разных культурах как средство для увеличения количества грудного молока. Научные данные показывают, что он в целом безопасен для малышей, включая недоношенных детей. Однако важно знать несколько нюансов: во-первых, некоторые вещества из пажитника могут изменить вкус вашего молока, сделав его более горьким, что в редких случаях приводит к тому, что малыш отказывается от груди. Во-вторых, в больших дозах пажитник может вызвать снижение уровня сахара в крови (гипогликемию), тошноту или специфический запах пота и молока. Помните, что самым надежным и безопасным способом увеличить лактацию остаются частое прикладывание малыша по требованию, правильный захват и ваша уверенность в себе. Терпеть боль или высокую температуру вредно для организма. Здоровая и спокойная мама — главный залог благополучия ребенка. Ниже приведены три практических правила, как минимизировать риски при приеме препаратов:
Правило золотого часа
Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.
Достаточно пить
Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.
Наблюдение за ребенком
При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
