Алкоголь проникает в грудное молоко и может негативно влиять на развитие и сон ребенка. Рекомендуется воздержаться от употребления или строго соблюдать временные интервалы перед кормлением.

Дорогая мама, важно знать, что алкоголь попадает в грудное молоко в тех же концентрациях, что и в вашей крови. Хотя данные о долгосрочном влиянии умеренного употребления разнятся, алкоголь может вызвать у малыша сонливость, раздражительность и повлиять на его психомоторное развитие. Кроме того, алкоголь подавляет выработку окситоцина, что может затруднить отдачу молока и снизить его количество на 10–25%.

Если вы выпили бокал вина или пива, помните: время выведения алкоголя из молока зависит от вашего веса и количества выпитого. В среднем, рекомендуется подождать около 2,5 часов после употребления одной порции (например, 140 мл вина или 330 мл пива), прежде чем приложить ребенка к груди. При большем количестве алкоголя время ожидания увеличивается пропорционально.

Пожалуйста, помните о безопасности: категорически не рекомендуется практиковать совместный сон с ребенком после употребления алкоголя. Также стоит знать, что пиво не увеличивает лактацию, а безалкогольные напитки (<1%) безопасны. Использование спиртовых антисептиков для кожи не влияет на состав молока и совместимо с ГВ.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
