Сульфасалазин

Противовоспалительный препарат, используемый при заболеваниях кишечника и суставов. Считается совместимым с грудным вскармливанием, но требует осторожности у новорожденных.

Дорогая мама, сульфасалазин состоит из двух компонентов: мезалазина и сульфапиридина. Исследования показывают, что препарат проникает в грудное молоко в очень малых количествах, и большинство детей, чьи мамы принимали это лекарство, чувствовали себя хорошо. Однако, согласно рекомендациям ВОЗ, препарат следует использовать с осторожностью, если ваш малыш родился преждевременно, имеет возраст менее 1 месяца или страдает дефицитом фермента G6PD. Мы рекомендуем просто понаблюдать за ребенком: если вы заметили необычный стул или желтушку, обязательно сообщите врачу. В некоторых случаях врачи предпочитают назначать препараты на основе чистого мезалазина, так как они не содержат сульфапиридина и считаются еще более безопасными.

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
