Домперидон

Средство для борьбы с тошнотой и улучшения моторики ЖКТ, которое также часто используется для стимуляции лактации.

Домперидон считается совместимым с грудным вскармливанием. Он попадает в грудное молоко в ничтожно малых количествах, которые не оказывают влияния на ребенка. Особенность препарата в том, что он повышает уровень пролактина, что может увеличить выработку молока. Это свойство делает его популярным средством для стимуляции лактации (галактогогом), особенно при недоношенности малышей, после кесарева сечения или при релактации. Важно помнить, что препарат не проникает в головной мозг, поэтому он реже вызывает неврологические побочные эффекты, чем некоторые аналоги. Однако помните: лучшим способом увеличить количество молока является частое прикладывание к груди и поддержка специалиста по лактации. Применение препарата для стимуляции молока должно проходить строго под контролем врача. Если вы принимали препарат долго, прекращайте прием постепенно, чтобы избежать синдрома отмены (бессонницы или тревожности).

Правило золотого часа

Принимайте таблетку сразу после кормления. Пик концентрации у большинства препаратов приходится на первые 1–2 часа (в карточке это строка Tmax), и лучше, чтобы он пришелся на промежуток между кормлениями, а не на само прикладывание.

Достаточно пить

Пейте столько, сколько просит организм: при температуре и болезни жидкости уходит больше, а от этого зависит и самочувствие, и объем молока. На скорость выведения лекарства питье заметно не влияет — этим занимаются печень и почки.

Наблюдение за ребенком

При приеме любых лекарств наблюдайте за реакцией ребенка. Если заметили необычную вялость, сыпь или расстройство пищеварения, временно отложите препарат.
